Lily is a student counselor pursing a master’s degree at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. Guided by a deep respect for the human capacity to heal and grow, even in times of deep pain, uncertainty, or change, she centers her therapeutic approach on the power of the present moment and the healing potential of genuine connection. Lily views counseling as a collaborative process where therapist and client explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns together. She utilizes evidence-based, grounding and experiential techniques to support clients on their unique paths toward healing and growth.
Lily’s professional and academic background both inform her counseling perspective. She earned a B.A. in International Studies and Philosophy from the University of New Mexico, an education that deepened her fascination with human experience across cultures and strengthened her commitment to multiculturalism. In addition to her studies, she has worked as a wilderness guide, yoga teacher, and group facilitator, experiences that taught her the value of presence, embodiment, and the healing potential of nature and community. These combined influences shape her respect for diverse identities and life stories and guide her in creating a therapeutic space where each client’s wisdom and intuition are welcomed and honored.
